Over the past 20 years in digital, I’ve worked across development, UX research & design, entrepreneurship, and team leadership. I led a UX & development agency for 12 years, supporting more than 100 teams, from startups and scale-ups to large enterprises, in implementing user-centered approaches and leading the development of their SaaS platforms.

My common thread: making things simpler than they seem, with an iterative, pragmatic approach grounded in real-world constraints.
